Great suggestions! I think the key is to find a kind of exercise you love - be it walking with a great friend, hiking, yoga, cycling, martial arts, what have you. If you enjoy exercising, you will do it. If you dread it, you'll find an excuse not to work out, even though you always feel better afterwards. But you need to make it a priority, or it won't happen. But if you do, you'll feel a whole lot better! (I still don't know how you exercised in the heat and humidity of Costa Rica that makes Austin look like Canada in November, by the way!
